People may be a little harsh, but the reality is that appraisals mean absolutely nothing and your insistence that they do is what everyone is mocking. Maybe you can at least give us your opinion on why the domain is worth that much? It looks like just a small jumbled .org domain, why did you register it and what's it meaning?
Do you even realize that there are tons of 2 letter one digit .org domains available right now? I could go register 100 of them and insistently be worth 300k. Unless someone has a specific need for the digits in your domain and is willing to sacrifice a .org, you'll never sell it, its essentially worthless. Also, never pay for an appraisal, they are worthless, do your homework and try and find sales that have occurred similar to your domain to establish its market value. If you continue to post worthless domains for 3k you might soon find yourself listed at
