I got an advantage, I'm heading off to spend a few months in Thailand, so I'll likely (not certain) see her once more before I go and then I'll be the one leaving her behind... play or be played ;)

Doesn't have to be such a big deal... if you're having a good time with her, I guess that's what counts. Just be prepared for the consequenses, a lot of people simply ain't ready to handle a loving relationship. They want it, naturally, love feels great.. but they can't hold on to it.

I'd say it's about maturity, some would argue that it's a matter of attitude but then again those 2 go hand in hand.

As long as you know what you're up against you have an advantage
i can't just never see her again, that doesn't feel right. yet i know if i date her again, i will get feelings for her. as you said, time is short - but considering how i will feel after she will ruin everything again, i don't know if it's worth it.

i mean, i do exactly the same to girls. i date 'em and date 'em and i know they start getting feelings for me but i don't care. one day i brake things up and they are hurt. now i'm on the other side and it really seems to be a fucked up attitude

i think the way to go is trying to hurt her as much as i can before braking things up with her. something like:

"yeah okay, it was fun with you, but i have a real girlfriend now that means something to me so we can't see each other anymore, bye "

LOL how about that?
