I think FM invented the cross bill. I remember the old days where when you joined CE, you were also "given" a CEN membership. Much like the old Xpics, you have won a membership scheme.
As recent as a few months ago, they were doing it with Silver Cash, until VISA axed posting. Not saying it is illegal, it was just done in a sneaky manner and IMHO was deceptive in nature.
