Its down to personal opinion of whether you find it to be "artistic" or not, but "Most Erotic Teens" does have pictures of very young looking girls, and to read their legal page:
"You will find that all images on MET of models who are not yet 18 are tasteful and artistic, well within the bounds of legal propriety."
So basically they have pictures of naked girls under the age of 18, and just because they don't have a dick in their ass, its "legal".
