Don't stay attached to feelings and dreams that no longer exist. You must pretend that it never happened and that you're just living another normal day. As your daily routine takes your mind off more painful situations, you will be able to slowly remove yourself from what you once felt for that person. The worst you can do is to cling on and refuse to let it go. It will be hell for a few weeks, maybe months, but you will once again breathe normally and enjoy life the way you once did.

Or maybe you should kill yourself.
