It doesn't stop at computers, mobile phones and handheld computers. Commercial vehicles are now installing Bluetooth systems for driver communications, hands free calling and data capture. Hospitals are employing the use of wireless pulse oximeters - which reduces the likelihood of a patient accidentally removing the pulse receiver. The city of Oslo, Norway is using Bluetooth sensor devices and communications equipment to monitor critical water pumping stations. A zoo park in Denmark is using Bluetooth wireless technology to track the location of each child in the zoo to ensure that parents can pin-point their location in the park at all times while giving the children the freedom to explore.
