I buy a new purse once every 4 or 5 years, so wouldn't do it for me, but there do seem to be a lot of ghetto fabulous ladies with their priorities out of whack. Would probably work in certain markets.
I'm thinking of those FL hurricane pics where people are living in trailers but driving Ferraris.
