In general, domains with type-in traffic are worth more, domains with no legal risks are worth more, domains that relate to higher-profit-margin sales/services are worth more, memorable short domains are worth more than longer complex ones (usually a factor in its type-in traffic anyway), .com > .net > .org > .info > .cx (again already reflected in type-in traffic).
