No no no, I was not saying you could only do waitressing. I only used that as an example of what you could do if you didn't like money. That's why I said I could be a truck driver, too. I never, ever, meant it as an insult. Please don't think I was putting you down.
What I meant in my reply was, if you did it, why wouldn't you encourage her to? I see your answer is that it is a hard life.
My question now is, is it a harder life than, say, working a dead end, low paying, 9-5 job?
