Back in May we sent this guy Jim $550 for his mega blow out deal

He said he never got the payment
We spent 2 months tracking it via the banks, in the meantime as i was really in need of the content we sent him another payment

My bank finally tells me he had the money - it was deposited in his account. (both times)

So we paid twice, so Jim tells me he will send me extra content

Content arrives of a load of DVD's

less than 5% of the DVD's were readable, rest were useless. tried them on several DVD readers.

Sent him message after message, he telle me he will send me a harddrive with the content on.

Hard drive never arrives, replacement DVD's never arrive

So basically we paid $1100 for nothing.

I've kept my patience, now I'm annoyed.

Anyone else had a problem with Jim and can Jim answer this so we can resolve a matter which should have been resolved months ago.
