Every one promises things ( tax cuts, better health care, jobs, access to property , a new lawn mower...) that they can't afford to deliver without bankrupting the country. Quite different from " fixing" the votes....
And this is not the exclusivity of the Americans, it is worldwide.
Republicans are know for their shady actions: WATERGATE !
