Always amazing how people can't see that the answer is there and obvious as pointed out above. Parents needs to take responsibility and control. If a 10yr old is looking at porn then the parent needs a slap for not preventing it. They (presuming they are any sort of responsible parent) monitor TV that's watched, video/DVD that's watched and should be doing exactly the same for the Internet. If they aren't doing so then the parenting skills are at fault.
