I am brokering the sale of a rather large paysite, it has been around since 1998, there are no affiliates. He is looking for about 18 months net + $25k for name recognition and marketing.
Does the site in question have an affiliate program? How long has it been around? Scripts? What is the niche? How much SE traffic?
Lots of factors involved.
I would say offhand that if you can pick it up for 1 year net, should consider it if you can afford it
