when you say kimmy in the online adult world - only one person comes to mind. if the owner of that site is using that name (and her rep) to get trades or forward themself she won't be happy, but the site is so small i doubt she'd care.
now if the site suddenly started making money - she MIGHT get interested. she's not someone you want comming after your site.
