right on, CR would be nice, but if I had to pick a S. American/Latin country to inhabit, Chile would be first on my list...for reasons of climate mostly...it's just a flip side of Cali really...diff side of the equator with a not so great gov history, but hey they're a democracy now...so that's a start...
