You're right! We should focus on African-American females between 25-44 about the AIDS problem. That will solve everything, because after all, nobody else is getting the god damn virus.

THAT IS WHY HE RESPONDED THE WAY HE DID. He was not aware of the numbers, because he doesn't break it down into little fucking groups, like in the question asked by the moderator. Hypothetically speaking, AIDS is down by 25% let's say, that is a hell of an accomplishment, I would remember that number in preparing for a debate. I sure as hell wouldn't go in thinking, well AIDS is down 25% but it's up in the demographic of....

Explain to me why he should have. No more to be said about this, if you can't understand that, ... I don't know what to tell you.

"But in particular, I want to talk to you about AIDS, and not about AIDS in China or Africa, but AIDS right here in this country,..."

Yes, that is the question that was asked. She asked about AIDS RIGHT HERE IN THIS COUNTRY. Now she added a statistic.

"... where black women between the ages of 25 and 44 are 13 times more likely to die of the disease than their counterparts.

What should the government's role be in helping to end the growth of this epidemic?"

AT WHAT POINT DID SHE SAY "HOW WILL YOU DEAL WITH IT SPECIFICALLY CONSIDERING THIS DEMOGRAPHIC." She merely stated it is where ... and gave an 'astonishing' statistic. It is an EPIDEMIC IN THIS COUNTRY, and ALL COUNTRIES, she did not say JUST AMONG BLACK WOMEN 25-44.
