The question is regarding a particular demographic (which one is irrelevent, and he doesn't have to know the number off the top of his head she gave him the damn numbers).
The question was why is that demographic more likely to die once they do contract aids.
Instead of answering that they are less likely to be able to afford the proper healthcare because the Bush admin. is in bed with the drug companies, he chose to change it over the the rate of infection and dodge the question completely.
And you saying the fact that 13 times as many black women between the ages of 25 and 44 DIE as their counterparts is irrelevent is the most retarded thing I've heard. Anyone that wants to see the context of her question has it right in front of their face. You however choose to ignore it, much like Cheney, and talk about the rate of infection overall which has nada - zip - zilch to do with it.
