There is an article in Wired Magazine this month about the porn industry called, The Naked Truth.

There is a guy in there that runs a celeb website and has a lawsuit pending by Alyssa Milano for posting her nude pics.

It also says that he has lots of stolen content on his site. He says that it is not a problem since there was no copyright symbol on the pictures.

I wonder where he found an attorney that would argue that in court?
