Mail friendly host needed for the following.

7 Servers with the following config:
Pentium 2.X (or dual xeon if price is right)
4 gig ram
36+ gig scsi

15 mb/s total, or 4200 gigs of transfer monthly
Need 1-2 class c's monthly, old ones can be replaced with new.
Host must be able to setup reverse dns on the ips.
Host must be able to forward us ALL complaints in a timely manner.

Our lists are very clean and compliant. We are responsible.
