Kerry has stated this many times, and has also reminded everyone that the President did NOT keep his word.

I think the issue a lot of people have is the fact that Kerry did not call Bush a liar to his face. Because Bush parrots, "You and I both saw the same intelligence."
I realize he did in many different ways, but some people have to be hit over the head for anything to register with them.
