If I was writing the system for ebay, all the above. I would run a fraud script that looks at address information, name information, and ips that they logged in on and try to match them. If they are in the same location as previously marked account, and their names are the same, then it would raise up the fraud level of certainty, if the ip they logged into matches another increase is in order. LOL, some people even though they use a different username, sometimes use the same password, so that would also go into the equation.

Anyway, try to be as different as possible from the information you submitted, only cost 200 dollars to get incorporated without a lawyer, so think about that too.
