Just found this on the Verotel Reseller board. Let's wait 2 more weeks.

Several weeks ago, I received an email from Risk
Management stating that there would be a special
invoice on Sunday Sept. 26 releasing the money that was
unlawfully taken from me 6 months ago. Guess what?...No
invoice! But would we expect Verotel to do what they
say? Of course not! Since these people obviously have
no plans of paying out this money, I filed a complaint
with the Federal Trade Commission. I am posting to ask
the rest of you who are in my situation to do the same
thing. By sitting back and allowing Verotel to steal
from us, we are just telling them that we CAN be pushed
around and will allow them to steal from us. If Verotel
owes you money, PLEASE take a stand and complain to the
FTC (or the equivalent for the country that you live
in) If enough of us file complaints, they will be
forced to come up with the money and their fraudulent
business practices will be stopped. Please don't let
Verotel screw you. It's time for us to take a stand and
let them know that we're not going to tolerate their
theft.

"We are currently preparing and consolidating the
accounts which were suspended due to a change in
content policy back in March/April of this year. The
final payout for these accounts is scheduled for
15-October."
