| You have to structure them well, follow through to the plan, and work diligently to the objective.
 Most all of my biggest and most successful deals have been joint venture partnerships.  I'm a strong believer in maximizing brainpower and networking in deals.  The more brilliant minds on the team the greater the likelihood you'll execute the best thought out strategies and see every angle.  And with a team you get the advantage of expanded networking for everything you need to make it work well.
