One of my merchant accounts AUTOMATICALLY initiates a chargeback if the same amount is duplicated within a certain timespan. I've gotten so many fucking chargeback notifications and regardless if I win or not, I still get hit with the $30 investigation fee! I even called to aire my concern but was told by the lady in the most degenerate voice, "That's just how the cookie crumbles, hon." Well fuck you and your fucking cookie, bitch!
Also, I just lost a $4500 chargeback because my accountant forgot to fax over one form!!! The guy who filed the chargeback was just outright robbing me! Fucking banks kiss the consumer's ass but fuck companies!
