The best thing you can do to protect the integrity of the engine and the adult internet community is to click the "Unsatisfied with your results? Help us improve." at the bottom of the search results and explain your experience.

Practices like this only hurt the adult communities efforts in the search engines making it tougher to do an already almost imposssible job. If the search term was at least relevant to the Adult Industry I'd say no harm done, good for them.

As far as how they are doing it it's easy. They bulk a bunch of keyword pages, upload them to a shit load of domains and redirect the traffic to wherever they want. I did this about 4 years ago using 1000+ domains to push traffic to like 28 adult sites. Worked for about 3 months (about 125,000 uniques a day) and then they all got blacklisted due to irrelevance, redirects, and dynamic pages (cloaking). Not a good long term ranking solution, and did more harm than good.
