I agree. It's the reason I wouldn't go back. I'm not a fussy eater though so I'd kick up a fuss, eat it and that's the last they'd see of me.
There's a shit load of places to eat and if they can't prepare my food right they don't get my custom again. I couldn't be bothered to wait though for them to possibly get it wrong yet again - I get hungry sitting in restaurants watching others eat
