You can block/authorize anything you want, if you want spam you can have it so what's the problem?

Do you know anything about Spamarrest? This is directly from their website:
"Emails from unknown senders will receive an auto-reply message, containing a challenge. If the sender completes the challenge, their email is moved to your inbox, and they are added to your authorized sender list.
The challenge is easy for people, but impossible for automated systems to complete.
This keeps the spam out. "
When a member signs up for my site we send them a automatically generated email. Spamarrest then sends us an email asking us to confirm that we sent it and that it's not spam. Being as this email is automatically generated, if Spamarrest replies to our email we'll never see it - and thus it gets blocked.
