Sorry KK, you're showing that you are ignorant of the way Spam Arrest works. As a Spam Arrest user I know that I will never have a problem in such instances. Read what a previous poster wrote about the "unverified" box.
Before spam arrest: hundreds and HUNDREDS of spam emails per day.
After spam arrest: zero.
That's enough for me.
