Sure, why not? Not that I *need* it, but if you want to be perfect... why not? The only thing that would be holding me back is the pain and risk involved, I really wouldn't want to die from plastic surgery, and death is always a possibility, although a minor one.
The only thing that I think I need though is breast augmentation since I am kind of small there...
When I get really old perhaps botox injections and laser resurfacing or microdermabrasion for my skin, but I age well and don't go in the sun too much so that won't be for awhile. I would also consider cosmetic dentistry and getting veneers so my teeth can be "hollywood movie star perfect". I don't want them to be just regular "white and straight" but I want them movie star hollywood quality perfect, and that can usually only be achieved with veneers.
You only live once, and if you have the money to fix something that would make you happy, then I think you should.
Without being conceited, I am not ugly and already decent looking, but I admit I am a bit vain and want to be perfect. We all have our own vices, so I guess that's mine.
