Based on what I've gleaned from posts on GFY and a local forum I go on, as well as the transcript posted on a site linked in your thread, the "Psycho girl" video features a young girl in a digital video of herself masturbating while professing her love for what is apparently a male classmate who she has a crush on. Links started showing up on GFY in August leading me to believe it's a pretty recent video. Could be as recent as last spring. And, through the internet, it's available to a worldwide audience of millions.
Now what's your argument to show that the video in question isn't the one mentioned in the article?
