No adolesent on the planet should be having partner sex until their hormones are done changing their bodies.
That's the type of morals we need to install into the youth of today.
The essence of being an adult is making the right decisions. Those decisions are made properly when ALL influencing factors are considered. Anger a work. Problems at home, under the influence of the most hormones you will have in your life.
Because it does happen does not mean it should be condoned.
All adolescents should wait until they are done with their bodily changes before making the decision to have partner sex.
Masturbation is sex - it's the most sex that most people have.
