I have been served with a TRO and told I can not go out of my house and take care of my horses. My horses are one of my businesses.
Ex. If one of my horses gets caught on the fence or pull the hotwire down, I could not go take care of the horses or the fence if she is standing around.

See an attorney. She is using legal leverage and basicly that is not violating your rights.
Did she name both you and your husband? If not then cant your husband deal with horses?
What reasoning did she place on the TRO?
Then you also said she has judgements already on her record, so even if you "did" have a case, what do you think you could really collect? Specially in CA which has a homestead law.
