Business is about getting three elements right.

Product, Delivery and Marketing.

In this case;

Content = What is inside the site.

Delivery = Site design, structure, program.

Marketing - Traffic, surfers to see your site.

For me traffic is King, I have all the content I need and can deliver it. I need TRAFFIC. This also applies to people like Quiet and Lightspeed.

Fro a TGP site owner thinking of opening a paysite Content is King, he has his traffic now he needs to show them something. For both of us delivery is important.

But for a webmaster (I use this as an example) who has been driving traffic for a few years and has his own content, Delivery is King. He may be use to showing one page he now has to show a site.

Some will tell you one is ALWAYS King and use as an example, if you had great A and no B, you would not make a sign up. Well that is true, so I use A & B.

Or if you have great A and crap C you will still make money, true but how much more will you make by having great A, B & C?
