I did that a few years ago. The most important thing is finding a girl who is stable. Of course that filters out 90% of females and about 99% of models.
You could spend hours and hours building the site and promoting it and then she could hook up with a loser boyfriend and decide she no longer wants to cooperate with you on the site.
