Wrong - the easiest way to make $100 per day is to have the builder of your new house go over his deadline for the public offering statement by 6 weeks, thus forcing the closure date to be pushed back by over 2 weeks, and therefor resulting in your real estate agent forcing them to sign an agreement saying they will pay you $100 per day for every day past Oct. 1st that your house doesn't close on.
