This is an amazing opportunity for anyone to see another market that is working. I feel sorry for those who cant get the courage enough to jump a fence because the grass is greener (as is the money) - thank you Lee and GaryAlan for opening up the doors to welcome everyone here.
and for all homophobics out there, dont assume that every man wants you - you should be so lucky if Lee takes a shine, but those that are gay have more friggin class regarding dating than straight guys have for women.
