From what I know, Shap is not only gonna do this, but he's gonna dig even deeper in his pocket and STILL pay the Bonuses, BUT EVEN going to pay DOUBLE...
Some of the bonuses already Ran at 100% of the initial signups...
so, in fact, he will be taking out of his pocket 250% of what IBILL is not going to pay him on time... I don't know any company doing this ;)
