Several charges in Florida were dropped...one of the drug trafficking charges was dropped because he had some prescriptions for the drug (another stands because he didn't)...the big win was a judge's ruling that it was okay to film minors flashing their breasts as long as Joe & crew didn't know they were minors. I'm assuming this is local or state law, but am not sure.
I think he's still got a lot of other drug, racketeering, conspiracy, deceptive biz practices (ftc action), rape, and child rape charges and accusations to defend against. But he's still free, rich, and his business seems to be growing.
