I just want to know this:
What is Webair?s policy about webmasters who have ?possible? stolen or illegal content on their website? I?ve looked at their website and don?t see anything that outlines what I ?can and can?t do!?.
I figure, if the company policy says that as a webmaster, I have to supply written proof that the content I have up on my site is legal, then I would think that if I do not respond within this given timeframe, my site would be taken down until such notice has been given to Webair.
However, if there is no such policy in place, then I think Webair should have kept the site up or at least have taken the liberty to email this guy the fact that his site was going to be taken down instead of giving him the run around?
As for those who have received good service from Webair in the past, I think every company has their share of customers who praise them and have experienced nothing but the best service and support, along with a good portion of customers who have not been so fortunate, especially when it comes to sites being taken down without warning, emails gone unanswered for days and everything else that would account to shit service.
So the bottom line is still?what is this company?s policy about what you can and can?t do when hosting w/them?
