Bush is changing the focus and Kerry is trying to defuse the inuindo that Bush is inferring. Like when Bush was saying that shit about Saddam being 'bad'. Kerry agreed, but Bush was saying the only thing he could becasue his judgement is incredibly misguided and Bin LAden is more important.
