Why yes, I do. They are my AFFILIATES! i.e. they make my company money and if I don't confirm my email address and they don't get usernames/passwords/information, that doesn't help me OR them.
Are you saying when you get a Spamarrest confirmation email from one of your affiliates (or anyone you work with for that matter) you don't go and confirm it?
