Berth Milton would be but he has a great ability to ensure the Private accounts how low figures for tax reasons. He is not even in the top 20 which is good for him. He 'only' makes £800k every 3 months in real terms he actually does over £10 per month but this list is based on taxable income.
The actuall top guy does the same as Berth but controlls Berth's content to the satalites.
