What it will boil down to is did I pay the money or did I not pay the money. If I paid the money you owe me a refund as agreed on. I will not claim the money I lost because of your rotten server.
We can take it to court or maybe I have a nice different suggestion. We can try to find some people we both trust on GFY and I will send them a copy of my bankrecipe given them a view at all my personal details.
