It's been said before, but Globill really is quite amazing...
One of our members was having problems logging in to the site. Two days and a handful of e-mails later, I was still stumped as to what the fucking problem was. Finally, as a last resort, I e-mailed Globill tech support and within five minutes the problem was resolved.
No offense to CCBill or Ibill, but neither of those companies have ever been as quick or as helpful as this (sometimes it's hard to even get a response from those two).
