Yep, down for me too arrrggh..
I just signed up and received a payment, then got a message that my account was 'temporarily suspended due to suspicious activity' !! Wtf, now im trying to send in my verification info and ... well ... the rest is history.
So far, not impressed by epassporte at all.
Hope it gets better.
