Read the entire thread, it explains she did not have time to do her hair so it was pulled back in a scrunchie. She then took the scrunchie out...that is why her hair looks like that.
As for her looks...it is called natural aging. Everyone is so used to facelifts that some people don't remember what women look like when they get older
