Hate to say it but I think - as a former US Marine - that US laws should apply to members of our military where ever they end up serving.
Although I do feel a bit sorry for them.... Tens of thousands of them all in one spot and not enough women to go around. Been there done that, but I never resorted to having to pay for sex.
