No, they have nukes.
But their citizenship is far more anti-US/pro-Osama than Iraq was.

I don't believe that we 'have' Osama.
But it's quite likely that the pakistani army knows where he is..
they just won't take action against someone with so much popular support.
If it's a standoff sort of situation, with them stationed around the area he's in,
then US forces would identify this and could swoop in at their leisure.
