MensNiche has 3rd party billing on their jelqing type program I think - probably your best bet for this type of site.
You should work with us still on the members traffic as well, lots of programs are kicking ass with it. We don't use 3rd party billing on a $300 ticket item obviously, but we do have an instant payout program. =)
