Well I can't bake cookies or brew coffee 24/7. For the first two weeks there will be random showings when I'm not there. If nothing has happened by then I'll have an open house (with cookies, coffee, and Lee of course).
Building inspector - didn't think of that one. I think that runs about $200. I'm going to look into that. I had an inspector look at the place before I purchased it.
As for hardwood floors, great idea. But I have new carpeting (2 years old) in almost the entire house.
By the way if anybody is looking for a kick ass Realtor in the Minneapolis area just let me know. Mine is very bad ass and he offered to come help me stain my deck. After the 4th offer I said yeah, come on over

And he did.
